NHG Serial Gear pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, that to transfer liquid by changing of working volume between the pump casing and meshing gears. Two enclosed chambers are formed by two gears, pump casing and front and rear covers. When the gears rotate, the chamber volume on the gear engaged side increases from small to large, forming a vacuum and sucking the liquid, and the chamber volume on the gear meshed side decreases from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipeline. Gear form: Adopt advanced circular tooth gear, which provides the pump with the characteristic of smoothly-running, low-noise, long-life and high-efficiency. Bearing: Internal bearing. So the pump should be used for transfer lubricating liquid. Shaft seal: Include mechanical seal and packing seal. Safety valve：Safety valve infinite reflux design pressure must be less than 132% of working pressure.
